Our spacious 1200 sq. ft. Leatherbark condo has all the comforts of home. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is decorated and equipped for all to enjoy just as much as we do. The living room has plenty of space for kids to play while others can watch the 50 inch smart TV and play games. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa as well as a three rocker recliners.
The master bedroom features a king bed, 40 inch smart TV with DVD player, and a private bathroom. There is plenty of closet and drawer space. All linens, towels, soaps and paper products are provided. There is also a hair dryer in the master bathroom.
The second bedroom, which can sleep 3, has a twin loft bed over a queen bed and a 32 inch TV with DVD player. The third bedroom has a day bed with trundle and opens up to the living room but can be closed off at night with an accordion door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, crock pot and many other comforts from this home away from home.
Our unit is very kid-friendly! We have provided a crib with sheets and breathable bumper for those families that are traveling with infants. There is also a highchair provided. In addition, we have games, puzzles, and movies for children to enjoy. At night, enjoy games and our extensive DVD library.
The condo has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The spacious deck gives access to a large backyard. A gas grill and table and chairs is provided during the spring, summer, and fall season (during winter they are put away due to snow and ice). The backyard is regularly visited by deer, giving you plenty of opportunities to capture unbelievable pictures right from the deck.
Leatherbark complex offers plenty of parking with its own parking lot. It is only a short walk to the ski slopes, restaurants, shopping and entertainment from Leatherbark. There is a shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes, during the winter only.

Check in was easy. Nice and clean, well stocked kitchen. A bit dated, grill handle fell off, shower stall held with an eye hook. But overall nice stay.

Upon leaving I carried trash to the dumpster which was locked, coming back down the snow covered steps I slipped and banged my knee dislocated my knee cap, couldn’t walk, headed back home to the ER

Roomy cozy condo for our whole family. The recliners and comfortable king bed are what keep us coming back. The crockpot, griddle and fully stocked kitchen are an added bonus. David is a very responsive and kind host. We will be back!

The owner was always very responsive. When we called about the leak and the need to move, he tried to find other accomodations. He refunded the remainder of the days we couldn't stay promptly.
A note to folks with mobility issues, this condo is down two flights of steep stairs.
On the plus side, only ground floor condos have deck with outdoor seating. It's like having an extra room.
