Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.
