Unit 1130 is located on the 11th floor of the highly desired Shore of Panama condo tower in Panama City Beach. This condo is one of the rare units directly gulf front condos overlooking the beach and the Gulf! This unit has great views from the private balcony to watch dolphins, enjoy the beautiful Panama City Beach sunset, or just people-watching on the beach. The unit is conveniently located on the 11th floor, with a reserved parking space steps away from the beach & and the best pool in Panama City Beach.
The Shell House is a condo within Shores of Panama that offers stunning direct beachfront views from the entire kitchen and living area. The condo is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new flooring throughout, and updated decor, & custom built in bunk beds. The master bedroom offers an on-suite king bed, comfortable mattress & bathroom, twin bed bunk area with on-suite bathroom, & a pull-out couch with queen-sized bed. The condo also has a washer & dryer.
A short walk to the gulf front resort-like pool and spa and beach. Very clean and well-maintained. Free Wifi & Direct TV/cable. The kitchen has all new appliances with a toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
The Shores of Panama is the premier beachfront luxury resort in Panama City Beach and is loaded with amenities. The Shores has everything that you would want in a beach resort including a 13,965 square foot gulf front pool with fountains, water features, and a winding lazy river thru palm trees and covered walkways, an outdoor hot tub, Tiki bar serving food and drink, indoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and coffee shop.
Panama City Beach is well known for its legendary powdery white sand, sub-tropical climate (average temperature of 74°F), incredible scuba diving (divers love exploring the Wreck Capital of the South), and outstanding fishing. Shores of Panama is strategically located within walking distance of some of the area's best attractions and restaurants. Fabulous shopping also awaits you at nearby Pier Park.
**At check-in you will be required to pay a one-time resort fee of $85. This will cover all the guests in your party for the entire stay.**

- Luggage Carriers (from security) to use to transport your items to the condo

**The condo has two foldable beach chairs in the master closet. The lounge chairs on the beach with umbrellas are not included with the condo. You can rent those at the beach during the spring, summer, and early fall seasons.**

Our family of five enjoyed our stay in the condo unit itself—it was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a beach vacation, including beach chairs and a couple of sand towels. The unit showed a bit more wear and tear than the photos online suggested, but overall it was comfortable and functional. Just a heads up: there were only two beach towels provided, so we ended up purchasing a few more for our stay.Unfortunately, the overall property was less impressive. The building felt dated and not particularly clean, with elevators out of service multiple times during our stay. The pool was often dirty, and we didn't find the staff to be very friendly or helpful. I also didn’t feel entirely safe walking alone through the building at night.Overall, the condo itself was a solid home base, but the condition and management of the building brought down the experience. Great for families who plan to spend most of their time out and about, but be aware of the property’s shortcomings.
