Everything was good. The resort had to turn the water off and fix something dealing with the water. After the water came back on we had problems with the ac unit. We thought it would get better but didn’t so I reached out to the host and then we able to resolve the issue.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place. Kids loved the pool. Great food at pool side. Quiet, clean, easy check-in.

The over all experience was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the amenities of the building. Only downfall was the elevator situation. It is a huge facility for a small amount of elevators and an abundance of people. Sometimes you would wait 20 minutes just to get to use it and then sometimes it was faster to take the stairs. The owner was quickly responsive and extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, it is a good place to stay for younger families. The property has several safety rules, but not enforced. We along with several other people had challenges accessing the garage with our bands. The scanner not always working. The property was under remodeling and the construction team, polite, we're using the guest elevators which should have been avoided if there was a service elevator due to long wait times.
