Unit 1130 is located on the 11th floor of the highly desired Shore of Panama condo tower in Panama City Beach. This condo is one of the rare units directly overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico!. This unit has great views from the private balcony to watch dolphins, enjoy the beautiful Panama City Beach sunset, or just people-watching on the beach. The condo has a comfortable king bed, custom built-in bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa to sleep 6. The unit has high speed Wi-FI, washer, dryer, and 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy the million dollar views from the middle floor looking directly through the crystal clear waters of the emerald coast. There is even reserved parking on the 11th floor of the covered garage so you can skip the elevator on the way to and from your car.
Very clean and well-maintained. Free Wifi & Direct TV/cable. The kitchen has all updated appliances with a toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
The Shores of Panama is the premier beachfront luxury resort in Panama City Beach and is loaded with amenities. The Shores has everything that you would want in a beach resort including a 13,965 square foot gulf front pool with fountains, water features, and a winding lazy river thru palm trees and covered walkways, an outdoor hot tub, Tiki bar serving food and drink, indoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and coffee shop.
Panama City Beach is well known for its legendary powdery white sand, sub-tropical climate (average temperature of 74°F), incredible scuba diving (divers love exploring the Wreck Capital of the South), and outstanding fishing. Shores of Panama is strategically located within walking distance of some of the area's best attractions and restaurants. Fabulous shopping also awaits you at nearby Pier Park.
**Before check-in you will need register and pay a one-time resort fee of $81. This fee is a change by condo complex and not the owner. This registration fee covers parking and amenity access all the guests in your party for the entire stay. We will send you a link for this registration before your check-in date.**
You will have access to all amenities including:
- Outdoor pool (not heated) & Spa
- Indoor pool (heated) & Spa
- Fully equipped gym
- Luggage Carriers (from security) to use to transport your items to the condo
- 24 hour security
- Coffee & Ice Cream Shop (March through October)
- BBQ area
**Drinks from the coffee shop or Tiki Bar are separate services offered at Shores of Panama that are available for purchase by guests**
**The condo has two foldable beach chairs in the master closet. The lounge chairs on the beach with umbrellas are not included with the condo. You can rent those at the beach during the spring, summer, and early fall seasons.**

The unit was just as shown, beautiful views of the gulf that my family and I loved waking up to and winding down for the night watching the sunset. The bar and grill by the pool had excellent food and it was so great to be just steps from the beach!

The place was gorgeous, view was breathtaking, and the bed was the best! Definitely a bonus for those with spinal issues.

The condo itself was very nice and well kept. The pool was cold so we could not swim in it, so that was pretty disappointing in March that they don’t use a heater. The fire alarm was pulled twice on accident, one time being at 5:30 in the morning which woke all of our children up. Every time we went down to get donuts or anything sweet at their shop, they were always out of nearly everything. That shop was a selling point for us so that was also quite disappointing. The condo itself was nice but we won’t stay at this location again because of these three negative experiences.
