NOTE FOR TRUCK OWNERS: Garage depth is 16' and width is 14'. Unfortunately, these dimensions are not suitable for a Ford F-150 or similar/larger trucks. Outside parking is also not allowed by HOA.

This home was clean and worked for our time in Phoenix area.
We were happy with it. Area was very quiet. A firmer mattress in the main bedroom would be preferred, hence reason for not giving it 5 stars.
