Our affordable, fully-equipped condo offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience, designed and equipped for monthly or longer stays.
Right off Loop 202, minutes east of downtown Phoenix, we’re close to hiking in Papago Park, kayaking on Tempe Town Lake, golf, the Zoo, and the Desert Botanical Garden.
Enjoy our spacious 3rd (top) floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with almost 1,000 square feet of space. It sleeps 6, with private bedrooms at the front and rear of the condo plus and an easy to pull out sofa bed in the living room. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with high end linens, dresser and night tables with 24-inch HD Smart TV, walk-in closet and a 4-piece ensuite with a super roomy Roman soaker tub. The front bedroom offers twin beds, night stands and full closet with an adjacent 4-piece bathroom. Our fully equipped kitchen is appointed with granite counter tops, double sink, stainless steel fridge, stove and dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and all the essential kitchen accessories including place settings for 10. We have all the equipment you’ll need for cooking or baking.

Enjoy a morning coffee on our covered outdoor patio. Relax in the cozy living room and watch the desert sun set while enjoying our wood-burning fireplace and 42-inch Smart TV with full HD cable package, and your favorite streaming apps. The Wifi is free, and, if you must do laundry…no problem! We have an in-suite washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board.

Parking is covered, with ample guest parking nearby. Amenities on the property include a heated pool and hot tub, with a large poolside deck for relaxing in the sun, or in the shade under the pergola. The palm tree lined property has a central courtyard with a pond, fountains, a sand volleyball court, and an outdoor eating area equipped with two gas barbecues.

We're close to so many of the main attractions in the Valley of the Sun.
Right across the street, you'll find Papago Park with fantastic hiking and biking trails. The trails wind around a series of distinctively Arizona red rock buttes. Climb as high as you dare or stick to the easier paths below. Papago is where you’ll find the iconic Hole in the Rock, where you can view the spectacular Arizona sunset. Bring your rod and reel as this park has seven stocked lagoons. Within the park are the renowned Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden.

We're close to two golf courses; the Papago Golf Course, and Rolling Hills, an executive golf course. The Valley has nearly 200 golf courses, and with our central location, most are just a short drive away.

No golf? No problem. There is so much else to do.
The Valley comes alive in the spring with Major League Baseball spring training. The condo is close to five of the ballparks, and the rest are not far away. Whether you follow one team or want to see them all, our location makes an ideal hub for ball fans.


We're just a 10-minute drive from some of the finest shopping areas in the USA. Biltmore Fashion Park and Scottsdale Fashion Square are both close by, and just a bit further down the road is Old Town Scottsdale. Enjoy lunch or dinner in one of Old Town's fabulous restaurants, then hop over to the Sugar Bowl for an amazing ice cream dessert. Visit Old Town's many art galleries, or take a guided art walk, or a guided tour of Old Town itself.

Tempe Marketplace is another remarkable shopping district, just a 15-minute drive southeast of our location. It's an open-air shopping centre, with more than 70 of your favorite stores, restaurants, a movie theater and other services.

Also nearby is Tempe Town Lake, where you can rent a rowboat, stand-up paddleboard, or kayak and enjoy some time on the water. Enjoy the fresh air of Tempe Beach Park, a popular area for picnics, paths, and exercise trails. Several festivals are held at the park throughout the year. We've even witnessed a marriage proposal at the park!

Nearby indoor attractions include the Musical Instrument Museum, the Hall of Flame Fire Museum, the Arizona Science Centre, the OdySea Aquarium, and the nearby Tovrea Castle. All of these attractions are just a short drive away. You can even see the castle from our balcony!

Further afield, Phoenix and Arizona have so much to offer, yet the option is always there for a quiet, relaxing vacation back home at the condo.
