A hidden treasure in the heart of Peoria! Our lovely patio home stands alone in a beautifully maintained, quiet complex. Our unit has two bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms, with a sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, covered patio, and covered parking. Air conditioning, WiFi, dishwasher, microwave. Beautiful and large pool and jacuzzi.

This townhouse is a wonderful place to stay. I loved the neighborhood and the neighbors. It was very quiet and safe. The property itself was very comfortable and Caroline, our contact person was great. Whenever I had a question, she got right back to me. This property has a large, fully stocked kitchen, which included spices and condiments I did not need to buy. The dining area allowed us to invite friends over for dinner. I loved the convenience of having a washer, drier, large refrigerator, microwave and full-sized stove in the home. The covered outdoor space had furniture and an excellent grill. There are two remolded bathrooms which made it convenient for friends from MN to visit. The day after we moved in, we booked this place again for next year. Loved it!

Condo is exactly as pictured. Owners attentive and quick to respond. Nice pool, very close. Quiet neighborhood and super friendly neighbors.
