The center of Lenzerheide can be reached on foot in just eight minutes, yet the house is located away from the hustle and bustle. Experience unforgettable holidays in this fantastic holiday home, which is a paradise for nature lovers both in summer and winter.
The single-family house consists of a living room with dining area and a cozy garden patio, a separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub and 2 toilets. Additionally, there is a laundry room. Room distribution: - On the lower floor there's a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. - On the upper floor there's the living room with dining area and garden patio, separate kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with 1 bed, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation (Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, raclette oven, fondue set etc.)
