About this house rental

**NEWLY REFURBISHED APRIL 2024** Wayside House is a newly renovated house offering a stylish & bright space which is comfortable and well equipped. Ideal for a get together with friends and family. Cromer is a popular sea-side town in North Norfolk, with its vast coastline & iconic pier (great for crabbing) it's the perfect getaway.
Located less than 2 miles from town, everything you need is close by, even the beach! Pop to No.1, our favourite fish&chip shop, or Rocky Bottoms for local sea food.

Newly renovated in 2024 with style and comfort in mind. All furnishings and fittings were brand new. There are 5 double bedrooms & 1 twin with 2 single beds.

Downstairs are 2 double bedrooms, along with a living/dining area featuring a sofa (sofa bed), dining table & a smart TV - you will need to use your own streaming app log ins.

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms & the twin bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a main bathroom, an en-suite with a freestanding bath and shower, and a central shower room.

There is a separate set of stairs which lead up to a Playroom which kids will love!

Outside you will find 3 acres of garden space, a patio area with seating, and woodland.

There is plenty of free parking at the property.

Property & check in info will be sent by email at 3pm the day before check in.

There's a smart TV, please note this does not have terrestrial channels, only streaming services.

The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay, you will always check in to a clean space with freshly laundered towels and ben linen.

We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival -
1. No smoking
2. No pets
3. No parties
5. No candles

Quiet hours 10pm - 8am

We kindly ask if anything does get broken to let us know before check out.
