The residential complex of this villa is called Punta su Torrioni and is located on a hill overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view of the Pelosa beach, and is surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the Mediterranean.
The villa is decorated in traditional Sardinian style and the combination with the surrounding nature, between the green of the trees and the turquoise of the sea, makes it unique in its kind.
The villa is characterized by large spaces, both internal and external and by the large swimming pool for the exclusive use of the sea.
The villa is equipped with a newly renovated kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) 3 bedrooms with air conditioning.
The large living room characterized by large windows leads to the covered veranda furnished with outdoor furniture overlooking the sea and continues towards the swimming pool.
The lounge nestled in the lush garden is perfect for al fresco dining with an extraordinary view.

In the immediate vicinity of Stintino just 12 minutes from the village in Country Paradise, the villa is located on a panoramic promontory with a wonderful view of the sea.
From the house within 3-4 kilometers you can reach many coves of incomparable beauty.
Close to the villa, inside the Residence Country Paradise, about 200 meters away, there is a supermarket, a shopping center, 2 pizzerias, a restaurant, a medical service, a swimming pool with entertainment, baby parking, a golf course and helicopter service.
Near the villa there is a shuttle bus service that leads in a continuous cycle to the Pelosa beach, the Saline beach and the town of Stintino.
The public city bus service is available from 7:00 am to midnight from June to October.
The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed in the living room. If desired, we can add an extra bed in the room for a child.
