This stunning home has a huge backyard and FREE heated pool. Nestled in one of Scottsdale's most popular locations for golf. Enjoy a private free heated pool with huge grassy area, a built in BBQ, and sand pit for bags. Minutes to the popular Kierland area and numerous golf courses including TPC Scottsdale. Also less than 15 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport, Talking Stick Resort and camelback mountain.
Owner will be at their second home down the road but will be excited to meet you to answer any questions if needed. We’re always happy to give recommendations!

EARLY CHECK-IN
When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.
POOL HEATING: The pool heater is turned on between October 15th and May 1st as it is not necessary to heat the pool during the other months of the year due to the nature of Arizona weather. *The pool will not be heated after May 1st until October. Please know that the ability of the pool to stay heated largely depends on your ability to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature and if the outside temp falls below 50 degrees the pool will struggle to stay heated and will need extra care to be sure the cover stays on the pool.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
-NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
-NOTE: For any items left behind, a $35 handling fee will be charged in addition to shipping costs.

Had a great 5 days here with a family of 7. Nice to have the bunk beds as 3 teens shared the room. Loved the pool and backyard and got great views of the sunset! Perfect location and nice neighbourhood. Would stay here again!

This place was great! The property was very nice and well maintained. All the beds were comfortable. My kids loved the pool which was at the perfect temperature. We will definitely be using this place again when we return to Phoenix.

Pool had leaves on bottom until cintacted. Rugs, carpet well worn. Over 3 wk stay. Had to buy basuc supplies
