This 80sq. m flat, located on the 8th and last floor (with lift) is composed of :
- two 40sq. m furnished and sunny terraces,
- a living room,
- a bedroom with double bed,
- an open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge and freezer)
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
- TV, DVD player, satellite, Wifi.
Please note that the jacuzzi has broken down.

The Prophète beach will be 15 min away by bike, and the Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde basilic will be 5 min away by bike (or a 15 min walk away). You will also find numerous restaurants and shops a few steps away, as well as many must-see tourist spots. Thanks to public transports, you can easily reach the historic centre of Marseille and the Vieux Port, or explore the Calanques. Finally, there's nothing better than simply strolling around, Marseille will seduce you with its many assets!

From Saint Charles train station → 20 min by public transport, 10 min by car
From Marseille Provence airport → 50 min by public transport or 30 min by car
