From the moment you walk in, the adventure begins. Each bedroom is a safari world of its own — custom murals, ambient lighting, and thoughtfully designed décor that makes every guest feel like an explorer. The villa accommodates up to 40 guests.

Bedroom Layout:
• 12 rooms with king beds
• 1 room with 1 full-over-full bunk bed and 1 full bed
• 1 room with 1 full-over-full bunk bed and 1 full bed
• 14.5 bathrooms (every bedroom has a private en suite)
No shared bathrooms here. Guests have access to the entire house.
Perfect for family reunions, school groups, sports teams, or corporate retreats, this villa celebrates teamwork, imagination, and the relentless human drive to go further.
PARKING:
Driveway fits up to 7 vehicles
Overflow parking available near the clubhouse (first come, first served)
Please note there is no street parking at any time, even for on/offloading.
No parking on the grass (even partial tire contact with the grass can result in towing)

All windows and doors must remain closed while smoking to prevent odors getting inside

Overall, the house was perfect for our group, and everyone enjoyed the house. We were left with a limited supply of paper towels and trash bags, and had to purchase some while we were there. It would have been nice to know we needed those things so we could have brought our own.

Needed another stove or one that is bigger. When you have so many mouths to feed it made it tough. All the other appliances had two. The much needed game room distraction was disappointing. Most of the games were not functioning properly or broken. If you market a game room in a house that size you know there will be children and teens and we planned on that being a distraction. The LCD screen by the pool was not working (we were told it was struck by lightning). The support person was awesome whenever we called it was minutes before the responded and in most cases were able to find a solution. The beds were very nice, and the space in general was enough for my family. I recommend the house to a few friends looking to do the same next year so I hope the things mentioned are fixed. Overall we really had a great time.
