• 1 room with 1 full-over-full bunk bed and 1 full bed
• 1 room with 1 full-over-full bunk bed and 1 full bed
• 14.5 bathrooms (every bedroom has a private en suite)
No shared bathrooms here. Guests have access to the entire house.
Perfect for family reunions, school groups, sports teams, or corporate retreats, this villa celebrates teamwork, imagination, and the relentless human drive to go further.
PARKING:
Driveway fits up to 7 vehicles
Overflow parking available near the clubhouse (first come, first served)
Please note there is no street parking at any time, even for on/offloading.
No parking on the grass (even partial tire contact with the grass can result in towing)

Will gladly rebook in future. Cliff & Ellie were amazing. Great & responsive hosts/clean/beautiful bowling villa/family-friendly. Perfect for my 70th birthday. Only negatives: pool & hot tub never warm enough to use; basketball balls in game room under-inflated; rice cooker could be replaced with air fryer & would be nice to have more towels for our 4-day stay.

We had a family reunion at this property and were very happy with our stay. The rooms were a nice size and had their own bathrooms which was nice. Everything was as described. The kids had a fun time with the arcade, bowling alley and pool. If you are a light sleeper do not sleep in the room by the front door as you can hear the noise from the bowling alley. The only downfall to this place was parking. There is only enough room for 7 vehicles. Our group had 12 cars so we were forced to drive around and look for parking at the clubhouse which was always packed. DO NOT park in the street or you WILL get towed. Other than that this is a great place to book.
