There is parking for 6 vehicles on the driveway.
There are parking spaces in front of the house. Please obey the signs
Please make sure cars are also not parked on the grass or in a way that obstructs the sidewalk.
Cars that violate this will be towed at the guest's expense.
Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Sonoma Resort.
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $75 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 All Stay
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

The house is actually nicer than the pictures which is hard to comprehend because the images almost make it look AI. The place is well thought out and decorated which made it comfortable for all12 of us. We would definitely stay here or under the same Management umbrella again for our next vacation. It's almost impossible to say anything negative, but here are 3 small avenues of improvement: 1) The televisions over the pool table seemed to have been broken and did not work for us 2) having larger(or more) pots and pans since the house is built to accommodate large parties would have been nice and 3)having to pay extra for a heated pool, but the space, communication with owners, furniture, light fixtures, themed rooms, all of the choices and embellishments throughout the property made it one of the best rentals we've had on vacation. The top tier appliances made our stay very easy and facilitated our meals and cleaning. The basketball court, outdoor lounge area, and even having access to the clubhouse during our visit made this a stay that we would recommend over and over. Thanks again.

My family and I stayed at this rental for 4 nights in June. Was very excited to find a new build that accommodated our large group. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the pool and basketball court were a big hit. The place is decorated beautifully! Being a new build, there were a few issues (oven and one of the dishwashers did not work, and the kitchen was not equipped with some needed items for a large group. Aside from a the inconvenience, we had an awesome stay and the host was gracious enough to issue a credit for the oven/dishwasher not working

Overall, the property was nicely thought out. The only real problem was maintenance. We had come across many little issues that some were taken cared of and others weren't. Some of the beverage fridges werent cooling, maintenance came in and said they were fine but obviously they werent. The ice maker wasn't functioning,maintenance couldnt figure it out and brought 2 bags of ice for 39 people, didnt suffice. I was constantly going out to purchase ice daily. A/C in the upstairs bedrooms were not making it to all the rooms. The Wifi kept freezing. Kitchen sink had a leak, P trap was loose and too short, wasnt addressed as my quick fix to prevent more leak and damage seemed to be ok for them. Most of all, the bbq grill for this size house was just mizerable to use. It was a cheap gas grill that was very wobbly and just not what you would expect from a house this size and cost. I understand this is a rental home but for the price they charge, i dont think these issues should be prevalent.
