If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is

Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Checked in here with two friends for a two week stay and I was lucky enough to stay in the master bedroom with en-suite and the most amazing sea/beach views. The villa was clean and mostly modern, cleaners were friendly and visited twice during our stay with clean bedding and towels provided. The property manager was always on hand to help with any requests and the local area has lots to offer. Some places to visit, Pos Ti Kimi Restaurant for Greek night,Liza’s Place, Pomos Beach Bar and not to forget, boat trips from Latchi on the traditional Koulla and Nasfiska Sunset Cruise!
