suite bathrooms, and one family bathroom.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, dining area,
comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to
the pool terrace with Sea views.
Kitchen
The kitchen features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Villa Jan Lui is one of the best villas we ever stayed. It is spacious, clean ,it has all the things you might need. The best thing is the view out of your balcony, you can watch beutifull sunsets just in front of you. If you want to go to the beach its just there across the road.
Villa has plenty of spare blankets if needed for chilly evenings in spring.
Pool area beutifull, plenty of space, some lovely bushes growing.
We wanted to say thank you to the owners who were always helpful and responsive. We hope we can come back to this lovely villa in the future.

Great stay. Lovely property to have as a base to explore this area of Cyprus. Great addition having the pool to cool off in on those very warm days

Everything was wonderful, beautiful villa, lots of space, really nice garden, lots of sunbeds, the sea is beautiful and just across the street. Really nice to swim there. Not far from a few good restaurants.
