THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME. and will provide guest IDs to enjoy all the amenities! A Lifestyles resident ID which gives you access to everything including T times can be issued. We will input your information and you can pick up the IDs at the sales office. The home is only rented monthly and has a 15% discount for booking monthly long term rentals welcome. There is a golf cart available, for an additional fee for your stay. Contact us for details on golf cart. *Please note there is a 2 day space between guest rentals for cleaning. Being in the Northern part of The Villages was perfect for us. Close to the amenities and activities that we enjoy. Renting the golf cart allowed us to easily get around the community. Jim the owner was easy to deal with and very helpful.

We stayed for the month of Dec primarily to play golf. The house is at a great location . It's very clean, well appointed, and close to many amenities. The owner is very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
