About this house rental
This immaculate three-bedroom two bath freshly renovated home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in The Villages Florida, designed for guest 55 and older. Located in the village of Piedmont a short distance from Nancy Lopez Country Club and Chatham Recreation Center & family pool.
Large open floorplan welcomes you with beautiful new tile floors throughout the entire 2174 square foot house. This home has been freshly painted inside and outside. All new furnishings, new beds/mattresses, new linens and towels awaits your arrival.
The large kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with everything you need for preparing all your meals. The kitchen includes spacious cabinets, stainless appliances (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and french door refrigerator). The breakfast nook has a table for 4 with additional counter seating. The dining room table also comfortably seats six or more.
The living room features a brand new 75” LED television with surround sound including Xfinity cable. Enjoy watching TV from the new Barcalounger power recliner couch and loveseat with plenty of comfortable seating for entertaining guests or simply enjoying a night in.
The master suite includes a new king size Tempurpedic ProBreeze memory foam mattress, new solid wood dresser/mirror, chest and nightstands in beautiful driftwood finish and new flat screen TV with cable. The master suite includes spacious his and her closets. The master bath has new fan/lights and granite counters for a feel of secluded luxury.
The second bedroom includes a new queen size Tempurpedic memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstand, and large closet.
The third bedroom includes a queen size mattress, nightstands (new dresser/mirror is on back order and hopefully coming soon).
A spacious airconditioned lanai is accessible from the living room or master bedroom and has a comfortable couch and loveseat for additional living space. A large open birdcage is off the lanai. A new Weber stainless steel barbecue grill provided for your enjoyment!
Laundry room with washer/dryer is also provided
This home is conveniently located equal distance from Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing Town Squares.
Yamaha 2 seater golf cart with roadside assistance provided.
The Villages FL has all the activities and entertainment you could possibly dream of. With a Guest Village Resident ID* you have access to executive/championship golf courses and any recreational centers (including Olympic sized pools). Recreational centers offer outdoor activities and more than 500 indoor events. A temporary resident will have full resident member access to the amenities with resident rates. A guest pays guest rates for golf, tennis and other amenities. Without a resident number, the guest will not be able to request advance T-times. A guest will not have access to sports pools or the woodworking shop and may experience difficulty accessing some shows and classes that allow resident's entry first and then allow guests when there is available space.

The property is even better than the photos suggest. The property owners went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Neighbors were great, too. A very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
