About this house rental

You'll find a kayak, bicycles, and more on site at this family-friendly vacation home. Jump into your car and make short work of the 20-minute drive to Zippendorfer Strand or the 22-minute drive to Lake Schwerin (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return, unwind on the deck or patio or sip a drink by the firepit, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include a sofa bed, bed sheets, heating, and a dining table.

This holiday home is a perfect base both for exploring the immediate surroundings (forest, canal, lakes, old castles, the city of Schwerin etc.) and Northern Germany in general (Lubeck, Hamburg, Wismar etc.). Our family of 5 (including kids ages 6, 9 and 11) spent 2 relaxing and active weeks here, and the kids loved it. The house is spacious and clean, with all necessary household appliances! The host lives nearby and is more than happy to help with whatever it should be.
