The apartment is very well organized and completely restored in February 2022.
Going down 11 steps there is the private entrance to the house. Upon entering we find a large living room complete with sofa beds and smart TV, with adjoining dining table, full kitchen with everything needed for cooking (pots, pan, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher).
Both the living room and the kitchen part overlook a private courtyard. There are four double bedrooms (in one there is also a single sofa bed and a baby coat)
The 3 bathrooms (one of which is in the bedroom) are complete.
Air conditioning free WiFi.
The check-in time is from 16:00. at 20.00 After 20:00, check-in costs € 30.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival; after 22:00 check-in costs € 50.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival; Check-out must take place before 10.00 to allow for a thorough cleaning of the house. The first set of sheets (towels and sheets) is included in the price, further changes must be requested with adequate notice and cost € 15 per person.
the Rome city council has introduced a new tourist tax of Euro 6 per person per night, not applicable for children under 10 years, the tax must be payd upon arrival at check in, only cash will be accepted.
