About this house rental
This is a 2 story home on a quiet street set on the mountain side in Northwest Colorado Springs. Close to the United States Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, Fort Carson and all that Colorado Springs has to offer.
This home has 3 Bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom in the basement. 1 king and 2 queen beds upstairs. 1 Queen in the basement. The master bedroom has dual sink vanity, shower and toilet plus walk in closet.
We have high speed Internet throughout the home and a 60" HDTV in the family room with a sectional couch. TV programming includes Amazon Prime, Netflix, Cinema App and Local channels with HD antenna.
The house is adorned with granite counter-tops and all of the kitchen and bathroom necessities. A fully stocked kitchen with spices, oil, pots and pans. A full set of dishware plus coffee cups, coffee, coffee maker and glasses.
There is a 2 car garage with remote and fenced back yard. A full size Washer and Dryer is also provided with detergent.
Hiking/Biking trails are a few minutes away at Blodgett Peak, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon, Cheyenne Mountain, Seven Falls and many more! These areas also provide opportunity for rock climbing - mountain climbing. Historic Manitou Springs boasts "The Incline", a 1000 step ascent. Attempt at your own risk!
Wildlife adorns the area. Deer are abundant. Other creatures are harder to spot as they typically hide or come out at night.
Colorado Springs hosts the Olympic Training Center, Garden of the Gods, the United States Air Force Academy, Fort Carson, Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base, the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame and much more! Historic Manitou Springs is a 10 - 15 minute drive along the foothills. Colorado Springs sits at the base of Pikes Peak, a 14,000 foot mountain with access by road or train to the peak.
