Wow! This home has so much to offer, perfect for single families or extended families and friends to gather and make memories for a lifetime and make this your new "go to" beach destination and vacation home. The home has plank-style tile flooring throughout and brand new furnishings to match the coastal location. The screened porch extends your indoor living space and brings the outdoors in with large teak dining table that seats 6 guests. You will be sure to enjoy many fun-filled evenings and dinners on this gorgeous screened porch.
As you enter the home on the top floor, you walk into a welcoming foyer, around the fireplace corner is an open living area with an updated kitchen. The living room has a grey leather couch, two armchairs and a 58" SMART TV. Just off the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and dining table with seating for five guests. There's an additional 3 barstools at the kitchen counter for extra seating!
On the main floor you will have three guest rooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, 43" SMART TV, private deck and updated bathroom with walk-in shower.
Down the hall you have another guest bedroom with queen bed, and access to a full hall bathroom with walk-in shower. Across the way, is the third guest room with queen bed, 43" SMART TV and walk-in shower.
Downstairs offers an additional living space with large sofa and two armchairs, 65" SMART TV and laundry room. The final guest bedroom has two sets of bunks beds and 43" SMART TV. One bunk bed is full over full and the other is a twin over twin, making this a great kids room! The bunk room has access to a full hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Head outside to the pavered pool patio that has an outdoor shower, four lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table with seating for four!

Property needs better cleaning, carpet in living room had 6 tiny beads on the carpet. I don’t think it was vacuum because and our children were playing there and it wasn’t clean. The hall bath has no hot water in the shower, so couldn’t use that shower. The refrigerator had a bottle of liquid in one of the draws still. The trash was full when we got there so no place to put our trash. The trash picks up on Saturday before checkout, then before you leave, it gets filled up by current tenants with their trash before leaving. So whoever comes in next has a full trash can to deal with till Wednesday. We enjoyed our stay and Its was a nice place to stay with small children due to the fact so close to the beach. Hopefully these will help will get the small issues taken care of soon.
