About this cottage rental
15 minutes from Le Mans, village house of 100 m2 in the center of Mézières sous Lavardin, including:
On the ground floor :
Dining room of 25 m2, 1 living room 25 m2 TV screen 1m10., a shower room with toilet (in the shower room). Kitchen of 9 m2 equipped with oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, , toaster, plancha, raclette machine, grill.
There is no washing machine in the accommodation.
Upstairs (slightly steep staircase) three bedrooms: all 3 have 140x190 beds. Dressing room in the largest bedroom, and small storage spaces in the other two, ironing board and iron, hangers.; surface area 1 of 20 m2 for the largest, 10 and 12 m2 for the other two. Changing table, travel cot and high chair for babies.
Vehicle parking in private car park (1 vehicle) with gate.
Land of 200m2, fenced, not overlooked, along a stream (you cannot access the stream from the land just to contemplate it). garden furniture, parasol, barbecue

Very nice house clean lovely garden. Kitchen has all you need ( no washing machine) . No shops in village only a bakery but that was closed whole week we were there. Super u huge supermarket 15 mins drive away closed Sundays.
Le Mans nearest town 20 minute drive. Restaurant are closed between 2-7pm and all day Sundays might be helpful if like us kids always hungry at 5pm!
