You'll discover special touches throughout the space, all designed to maximize every moment of your stay.
The garden level apartment is connected by an inside staircase but also has a private entrance from the exterior making it easy to have a little separate space but still be able to flow between the floors.

This is a completely non-smoking property. No tobacco, no vaping, no marijuana anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. All guests must be listed on your reservation prior to arrival.
Additional fees: We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. Please message us ahead of time for pricing.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet. We are happy to host both you and your pets!

Had so much fun at our family reunion. Everything was excellent especially the home. Very spacious and beautiful home. Would definitely recommend to stay in this beautiful home.

The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen worked well as we prepared meals for 10. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for us all. Great river access. Hope to stay there again in the future!

Family and friends joined together in Bozeman to celebrate my son’s wedding. Although we didn’t spend much time at this property, we did gather for a few hours Saturday night and played outdoor games. The spacious lawn was perfect for that. There was even room for a whiffle ball game! The beds we SO comfortable, check in was a breeze and the owner was so nice and helpful. It’s close to some amazing hikes, too! Don’t pass this property up! It is amazing!!!
