The home itself is setup nicely - we were 3 generations staying there for my parents 50th Anniversary. We loved the early-summer views with greenery surrounding. A few glimpses of wildlife from the balcony. This property is just seconds to Highway 191 between West Yellowstone and Bozeman. Bought the bulk of our groceries at Albertsons in Belgrade and picked up necessities at Roxie's in Big Sky. Basic spices, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all available. Thanks for a great stay, Jack!

My group loved the home - it had everything we needed for our annual ski trip. We enjoyed the double kitchen (great for storing food and drink for a whole week), large outdoor space available, and great views. As first time visitors to Big Sky, we were a little worried by the distance to the mountain. However it was really accessible to town and the mountain and easy to travel between each area. We would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone considering travel to Big Sky.

We stayed here for our family's pre-Christmas ski trip to Big Sky. There were 4 teen-agers and 12 adults in our party and we fit easily in with plenty of bedrooms and upstairs and downstairs family rooms and kitchens. Parking was easy right in front of the house, and the drive to the resort was 15 minutes. The Montana mountains were amazing. I would definitely stay here again, and we'll probably be here again this next summer to see Montana in the summer with mountain bikes.Thanks Jack for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time. 15 adults, age ranging from 21 to 60. We skied everyday, on the mountain by 8:30 and off by 3:30. This home was perfect for family dinners, morning breakfast, and game nights. Would highly recommended this property!!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Well appointed, excellent accommodations, and more than enough room. The only thing that could be better were it if had a hot tub..!! ALSO - not a complaint - but, be aware that the garage is locked off and not available for use by the renters. So - plan on brushing the snow off and warming up the cars in the morning.

All 12 of us loved this stay for our Big Sky ski trip. The property housed our 3 families (6 adults and 6 children ages 8-13). Kitchens, family rooms, and bedrooms are very spacious; none of us felt like we were on top of each other. Nearly all basic essentials were stocked and provided by the host. Clean, updated house. Host was very communicative and helpful. Nearby to an amazing BBQ restaurant (Riverhouse). A definite 5 stars out of 5 (although we wish there was an outdoor hot tub! :) but we knew that going in). Highly recommend this beautiful property!

We got married in Big Sky and this was the perfect Home Base for our family and all of the wedding activities. The home was gorgeous and had everything we needed to host our family there. Can't say enough about the location in Porcupine Park. Close drives to Big Sky and Yellowstone West entrance. Gorgeous views. House is laid out perfectly for large groups/several families. We hosted a few small gatherings for others in town for family wedding and it was perfect. Set up was great for little ones, with high chair, two porta cribs and a play mat. Kitchens are both well furnished and the linens are super nice. Highly recommend. Jack is super responsive and we were happy to meet him too!

We never dreamed that we could stay in such a beautiful house with our entire family (7 adults and 4 kids) to ski Big Sky, Montana, so we were beyond grateful for this opportunity. It was a winter wonderland experience with elk grazing most evenings in the backyard and everyone spread out throughout the home with plenty of room to spare. The title of my review should give it all away. This place is so nice that we continue to book it. I love to cook and the kitchens actually include good quality knives that are sharp. The beds are super comfortable. The indoor and outdoor spaces are amazing. The best part is the owner, who is super nice and attentive to all needs. Don't think about it, just book this house. You won't regret it.

Great communication with owner leading up to and during the stay. House was perfect for a group of 14. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in, well stocked, nice view and convenient location. We picked this spot as it is an hour from the Bozeman airport and an easy hour or so to the entrance at West Yellowstone. Everyone loved the house, adults and kids alike. Saw lots of elk from the house and easy to get to places that offer horseback riding and other Big Sky activities. Jack is a great host!

Wonderful house for large parties

We stayed here for a week in Feb 2022 with a large group (8 adults, 7 children ages 8 through 14) that has been skiing / snowboarding together for some time. The house is fantastic - fairly new, extremely well put together, great touches on everything. The house felt very roomy for a group of our size, and has two very spacious group spaces - an open kitchen / dining room / living room with fireplace on the main floor, and essentially the same space on the second floor. We ended up using the second floor as the primary hang-out as the common space was a bit nicer - but again, both were very nice. The house is about 20 minutes from the lifts at Big Sky, although it's one road in and out so we got caught in traffic twice (getting out when it was snowing, due to some accidents, and then getting in the next morning for a snow day). So on those days, the twenty minutes was more like an hour - obviously not the fault of the house, which is accurately advertised, but a heads up for folks using it as a base to ski at Big Sky. We knew this going in but ended up at this house because we couldn't find anything to accommodate a group our large that was ski-in / ski-out. At any rate, the entire group had a great time and agreed this was the fanciest place we had stayed for our annual ski trip. Some other nice touches include two sets of new, spacious washers / dryers; a built-in rack to dry ski boots in the closet in the entrance that fits maybe 12 pairs of boots at once and blows heated air into them; and spacious and well-appointed bathrooms throughout the house. Really loved the place. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Fabulous house. Jack's place is awesome and he is a fantastic host. The location was incredible. Easy to get to Big Sky and Yellowstone!! We were 8 college fraternity brothers, had plenty of room, hiked everyday. We had a great time!

This property was a perfect fit for our group of combat vets. We were able to take them fishing, to Yellowstone, and on a scenic lift ride at Big Sky Resort. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen(s) were fantastic and have all the furnishing of home. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were awesome.
