We had a great stay! The hosts were very responsive. We did have an issue really late the first night with the smoke detectors but Robert came right over and fixed it right away and then we didn’t have any more issues! Would stay here again!

Everything was in great shape. Everything was clean, the lady really enjoyed the Christmas decorations, pretty good location not too far from the strip and other stuff.

The cabin was beautiful and very clean! The cabin, like most is up in the mountains and road curvy and steep at times with scary drop offs, but if you go slow it’s no problem. Plenty of parking for our large truck and even room for another vehicle. Beautifully decorated for Christmas! Big king size bedroom with closet, dresser and tv. Large bathroom with jetted tub and shower. The living rm has reclining sofa and loveseat. Upstairs bedroom is also a game room with full bathroom and a balcony! We loved playing the skee ball game. Only problem we had was our phone service was better than the internet. Just about every evening it would go out, so no tv. We tried rebooting but it didn’t work. Sometimes it would be for a short time, but several times we didn’t get it back till the next morning. We never called the office as I figured they would have went home so we just watched our phones/tablets. Would we rent again? Absolutely!!

Hot tub was slimy and had dirt all over the bottom. my wife and i love relaxing in hot tubs. not a chance in the world of crawling in that tub.also the deck for the hot tub was very dusty and gritty. I understand its outside but I'm pretty sure it hasn't been hosed off in a long time. outdoor chairs and grill need cleaned.the trim going from the kitchen to living area by the kitchen table is lifted up and dangerous. could easily stab your feet if not paying attention. rug needs replaced or just flipped around. its lifting and is a trip hazard. my wife is a clumsy person and defiantly don't need help tripping. found a sock in the dresser drawer from a previous renter. on the other hand the cabin is very nice. has dishes and cook ware. beautiful woodwork. had TV in Livingroom and both bedrooms. Bathrooms are nice and clean. would definitely stay again. just the hot tub need some serious cleaning first.
