Steps, poor parking

Great location, Easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and surrounding area. Spacious property for 4 people

The floor in the bathroom had very bad water damage, buckling floorboards, rotten away. This continued into the bedroom and hallway, leading to the great room. The tub had a hole on the inside that got patched over rather bad. A few of the lights didn't work or didn't even have light bulbs in them ( overhead light in bathroom / "nightstand" lights in bedroom/ light in fridge). There were so many light switches and no lights that turned on. The hot tub had also seen much better days, an exterior that was kind of falling apart and a cover that was moldy and also falling apart. The inside of the hot tub could use a serious clean! The stairs leading up to the property are very steep, which is not a problem, but some of the stones were loose, and only a makeshift railing was put in. Also, no secure trashbin was provided outside, we had a visit from a bear, and the trash ended up everywhere. The pictures on the website are not current and do not reflect the state that the property is in currently!
