It was upkept really well. It was clean, nothing was in poor condition, it was comfortable, they had instructions of how to use accommodations and acceptations, it was so close to The Smokey Mountains and between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and it was decorated beautifully.
We loved everything. It was great!

Clean The cabin itself looked good
There was.
Garbage around the outside of the cabin.
Main floor Bed frame. Very shaky. No broom or dust pan No light under the microwave for cooking. Only one working light bulb on the ceiling fan in the living room. Living room sofa, very sad shape. Floors needed refinishing badly Keurig Coffee Maker Unusable water reservoir was nasty
Expected more for the price
Biggest disappointment of all non working fireplace!!! Is outdoor Fire pit And seating very sad looking

Affordable
Dog hair was everywhere on the bottom bedroom especially on the bed, the bed also has a horrible dip on it , it was uncomfortable to sleep on and the couch was full of dog hair, we didn’t bring a dog on our trip, the propane tank was empty for the gas grill and the arcade machine was there but there was no way of turning it on even with the instructions they left.
