Location.
Only thing is we couldn’t get the tv’s to work in bedrooms but everything else was great.

The cabin was very nice. It was right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, very easy to get to either place. It was well furnished and clean. The wrap around porch was great. We even got to see a bear at a safe distance!
I used Booking.com to book but after that I received a phone call and a total of TWELVE e-mails from them and aunt bugs rentals. Be aware that you have to climb about 20 steps to get into the cabin but it was worth it.
