Loved the location. The place was beautiful and well kept.

Nice size, very clean. Great location for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Loved the scenic drive up to the cabin.

The driveway. But by the end of our stay (which wasn't long enough) my husband had mastered it.

The decor was nice and the concept was great.

The shower faucet was broken and wouldn't turn on without the turn knob being removed and pliers to turn the actual bolt. None of the hot tub jets work, the basement was far too cold for anyone to sleep in or enjoy any of the games. The pillows smelled incredibly musty like they hadn't ever been washed, and the beds were rather uncomfortable. The fireplace had to be taken apart and the gas on it turned back on and the pilot light relit which took a while to figure out, the only response when the company was contacted about the issue was that "it worked 5 days ago." The driveway is absolutely absurd - you will NOT make it up without four-wheel drive. And if there's any ice or snow on the ground, forget it. They did not provide any hand soap, and only one dishwasher pod so if you're staying for more than one day or wanting to sanitize your hands while you're there be sure to bring your own supplies; in fact the entire kitchen was lacking compared to what I typically see from vacation reveals in terms of supplies provided for convenience. And lastly, what little time we were able to tough it out and spend in the basement trying to play with the game we were disappointed to find that the foosball table had a pingpong ball instead of the proper ball which really wasn't an effective substitute.
