🌲 A quiet wooded ridge outside Sevierville, about 7 miles to both Dollywood and downtown Gatlinburg. Guests say mornings here mean coffee on the balconies with birdsong, and that it still feels close to Pigeon Forge. Our fall and winter picks: the Arts & Crafts Community, Rocky Top Mountain Coaster, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and Sugarlands Visitor Center for the national park. Wildlife is part of the deal: one guest spotted a bear across the street.

🚗 You will need a car. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles in the private driveway. The final stretch is a steep gravel road: normal cars handle it in dry weather, and it is slower going when winter weather hits. Tanger Outlets is ~9 mi (24 min) for a rainy-day stop.

A few honest heads-ups:
🪜 Three levels with interior stairs and no single-level option.
⛰️ The end of the drive is uphill gravel. Winter weather can make it slick, so check road conditions.
🎥 Exterior security camera on the front of the property facing the parking area, recording video and audio at all times. No cameras inside the home.
🛌 The loft with two queens is open, not a closed bedroom.
🎱 The game room is snug around the pool table.
🍖 The grill is charcoal, not gas. Bring charcoal and a lighter.
🧴 Starter supplies only: toilet paper, a paper towel roll, soap, shampoo, dish soap, trash bags. Ask us for extra on longer stays.
