The renovated kitchen in 2022 features all modern appliances, such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, and is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle,...
There is Dutch television and some German and English channels, as well as wifi to stay connected.
With a closed parking space for 2 cars and a barbecue area, this house is the perfect base for exploring the Costa Brava.
The house is distributed over two floors, where the ground floor houses the living room, the kitchen, a suite bedroom and access to the swimming pool, and the lower floor houses the other 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse.
Wir waren diesen Sommer das dritte Mal dort und würden immer wieder das Haus buchen.
Es gibt nichts zu verbessern.

een zeer plezierig huis. Ik kom graag weer terug.
ik zou bij de slaapkamer beneden aan terraskant een deur laten maken. ook het onderhoud van de tuin zou wat meer aandacht kunnen hebben.

Prachtigen locatie, fantastisch uitzicht. Heerlijk, ruim zwembad. Veel ruimte, meerdere terassen.
Huis is inmiddeles wat gedateerd. Met name de keuken behoeft enige vernieuwing. Bv.: Knoppen op het fornuis werken niet meer naar behoren.
