Incredible oceanfront penthouse unit with breathtaking views of both the ocean and the bay. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from two oceanfront balconies, and catch the colorful sunsets over the bay from a third deck, complete with a picnic table perfect for crabs! Ideal for a family of 4-6, this two-floor unit offers privacy for both parents and kids. The entire upstairs is dedicated to a spacious master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, large jacuzzi, and a private balcony with direct ocean views. The lower level features a second bedroom with two beds, perfect for kids or another couple. The unit also boasts an oceanfront living room and dining area, a kitchen with a bar, a full bath, a laundry room, and another oceanfront balcony. With access to an outdoor pool, deck, and children's pool, this unit will surely become a family favorite year after year. The condo includes 2 TVs, VCRs, and a DVD player. Parking is available for 2 cars, and a non-refundable registration fee is due upon arrival. Occupancy is 6. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an additional charge.

We loved the building, location, and especially the pool!
The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the shower, but that won’t deter us from booking again next year.

We enjoyed this spacious condo. Location is excellent. It was clean and parts of it were nicely updated. Great kitchen. Beds were not super comfortable . Over all, we enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year!

Excellent time in OCMD this past week. Rental is in a great location and a fabulous building. Unit was spacious but slightly outdated. Blinds were broken so lots of sun in the bedrooms. Single bed mattresses were very aged/uncomfortable. Cleaning was sub-par upon arrival. Master shower head and tub were broken upon arrival but maintenance fixed very timely. Overall a good stay, condo could just use a little TLC.
