Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc., are not permitted.
Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $150/dog. 2 dogs maximum

Great House. Just the right amount of room for our family. Plenty of amenities. Great location on a nice quiet street. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Host was great. Easy communication.

Our stay at the Live Oak Cottage was excellent! We loved the property and how well stocked and labelled everything was. The yard was great for our dogs and the whole family was able to really relax and enjoy the cabana and pool.We were pleasantly surprised with how close the house was to everything we needed as well as a reasonable drive to get to the beautiful beaches.We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

This was such a cute house and had a great backyard space. We really enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean and well equipped and was in a convenient location.

The house was ok. I would have appreciated some hand rails on the steps as I have some mobility issues. We found a mold issue with the washing machine but a repair person was sent out the same day to address the problem.
