Welcome to Bungalow 303!
Conveniently located in the gated community of Island Square, just down the street from Redfern Village, this condo isn't far from St. Simons' most popular destinations. From here you can easily rent a golf cart, bike, or take a walk around our lovely island and enjoy every bit of your vacation. It's also only ~2 miles to the beach! If you get tired of sightseeing, relax by the pool or sweat it out at the fitness center - both are located right outside the door.
Fresh and clean! This beautifully decorated ground-floor condo has been almost completely redone. The owners have put new flooring, fresh paint, and new furniture throughout. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a double bed and a sitting area perfect for reading a good book. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The full-sized washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet. TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom, and third bedroom only. There is no cable at this property, but all 3 TVs are set up for streaming. There is also a quaint screened porch, perfect for breezy evenings if you enjoy the outdoors! This property is pet friendly, so bring your whole family and enjoy your stay at Bungalow 303!

Parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Two vehicles will be allowed.

The pool closes at the end of October and reopens towards the end of the spring.

COMPANY CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100.00 processing fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled over 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.
VRBO CUSTOMERS: Please note that if you are booking through Vrbo, you will be responsible for paying their service fee. Any service fees paid to Vrbo are external from our company and cannot be refunded or handled through Golden Isles Realty. We cannot cancel Vrbo reservations and re-enter them into our system to avoid the service fee. All reservations, booked through Vrbo or not, are subject to our company's policies as outlined in our rental agreement.

The condo is lovely. My only complaint is that when we turned on the A/C there was a very strong flowery smell. I assume it was some kind of air freshener. It was so unpleasant that we could not use the A/C. Luckily the weather was cool, so we could do without the A/C, but would be a problem in warmer weather.

We enjoyed our stay but experienced headaches, vertigo, body aches and fatigue especially when we were housebound during inclement weather. Perhaps it was regular spraying for insects or poor ventilation. You couldn’t open any windows. When we left mid month and we’re outside we were much improved. Just odd. We did like the location and convenience. It was nicely arranged and decorated. The master room adjustable bed was a treat.
