Come stay at this quaint and charming little farm house in Florence, Colorado. . The darling crafted home is situated on an old farm complete with an antique tractor. The cottage features two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and a full bathroom, Brewster's Farm can accommodate up to six guests. A modern farm kitchen is perfect for grandma's recipe too bake pies and cornbread, setting them in window to cool while you relax in the living room by the darling pot belly stove. Make this a great base for exploring all of the attractions in Southern Colorado.
The home is located two miles from the center of town along the Arkansas River and railroad tracks. When you're ready for some outdoor recreation, there is plenty to choose from! Hiking, biking, river rafting, kayaking, climbing, off-roading and skiing are within a short drive and Canon city is just a short drive to visit the spectacular Royal Gorge. Brewster's Farm has all you need for an outdoor adventure and relaxing getaway. Florence is known as the antique capital Enjoy browsing and finding one of a kind treasures to take back with you. Great little house-- clean, comfortable beds, well furnished and stocked, quick responses from hosting company, quiet road but easy to find, and it's a cute old farm house/ acreage. The water is from a well and has a sulfur smell that we weren't crazy about, but a large bottle of drinking/ cooking water was provided.

Our stay was amazing the house came equipped with everything we needed for our 5 day stay check in and check out were simple and convenient. Very quiet neighborhood and amazing view

We were excited for our stay based on other reviews; however upon arriving we were greeted by the smell of musty laundry and old wood. It was adequate for four adults, but definitely a smaller space than I expected. We encountered many types of insects during our stay, especially outside where there is standing water, allowing for a plethora of mosquitoes. It was not enjoyable to be outside for very long which was unfortunate since we planned on grilling out. As for the grill, it has seen better days, and a nest of wasps found it to be a nice home. We also found wasps indoors, along with crickets, spiders and earwigs. We also had issues with the A/C. Fortunately my husband is mechanically inclined and was able to get the AC restarted every afternoon (we stayed four nights). He indicated that the issue is a potential fire hazard. There’s some charming out- buildings and a tractor we used for a photo op. It is nicely decorated and clean, but too many bugs and unpleasant smells. Reminded me of our camping days.
