At the gateway to Brittany, 18km from Fougères and an hour from Mont Saint-Michel, the Bressac gîte offers self-catering accommodation in a verdant setting. You'll be charmed by its terrace overlooking the hills, the sound of the stream, and the surrounding landscape. What a pleasure to relax in the heart of nature!
The gîte features a lovely open-plan living area with a kitchen and direct access to the large wooden terrace. The two bedrooms offer a double bed with a desk in one and two single beds in the other. The bathroom has a shower with a glass door. To enjoy the outdoors, there's a large picnic table, two sun loungers, and a barbecue.
For outings, don't miss the remarkable Jardin de la Pellerine (2km) or the Jardin des Renaudies (16km).
You're also just 5km from the renowned Ernée motorcycle club, which hosts major competitions.
18km away, visit Fougères and its medieval castle.
Shops: bakery in Larchamp (5km), all shops, market, doctors and services in Ernée (8.5km). Your accommodation includes, on the ground floor: a modern, fully equipped kitchen (7.5m²) opening onto the living room (27m²) with a lounge and dining area. Four steps lead up to the two bedrooms – one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a desk, and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. From the living room, a steep staircase leads to a mezzanine with a reading nook and a sofa bed (140x190cm). An additional 2 people can be accommodated upon request.
Baby equipment (high chair, crib, baby bath) is available. A television is provided. Wi-Fi is available in the cottage.
Electric heating is provided; payment is based on meter readings and must be made to the owner (over 8kWh/day).
