This former farmhouse is ideally located away from the beaches of Jullouville and St Pair (7 km) and close to the port of Granville. The house, facing south, overlooks a small green valley where a stream flows below (without a fence). It also delimits the bottom of your grassy plot. This one, with its cherry trees, offers a beautiful green and shaded space. There is a marked hiking trail in the hamlet. A large awning is located on the west gable of the gîte. It is shared with the owners, who sometimes need access to it.
