Centrally located within the Amalfi Coast condo complex along Old 98 in Miramar Beach, Florida, you’ll enjoy mornings on the large private balcony taking in views of the Gulf of Mexico or getting your feet wet with a walk along the sugar white sand beaches. The entire property is situated around loads of amenities like: two pools (one is seasonally heated), a clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts and dedicated walking path to the beach where a beach pavilion awaits!
Enter the property and immediately take in the large gulf views through the sliding doors. The master suite is complete with an en suite bathroom and very spacious master bedroom. Wonderful location and views. Loved the bin of beach chairs/umbrella. Convenient location for shopping/eating/walking. Loved everything about this rental. Unfortunately, HOA decided to do renovations during our stay and every morning we were awakened by extremely loud construction. So our stay could have been better, yes. We were contacted prior to our stay and offered a 20% discount or full refund. We decided to take the discount and we were still happy with our experience. Location was amazing.

The unit was in a great location. The unit was noisy; AC unit was loud. We could hear other guests in their unit very good. I like peace and quite. Family room furniture is extremely old/dated. Floors were not clean; sand and dirt everywhere. We had to sweep after walking in the door. The most disappointing part of our stay was the blood stained pillows! Disgusting! After seeing the pillow and the dirt on the floor; I had to clean and wash towels and sheets. I was afraid it was not done before my family's arrival. The cleaning service should be fired! Pool was great, peaceful and clean. Amazing view from the balcony!
