Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This condo was PERFECT. We stay in this area many times but this has to be my fav condo this far!l Laundry room is right at the front door and there was stuff in there you can use for the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, etc. The beach is only a walk across and less than 5 minutes. Also the beach area was the least crowded in all of Miramar, which we loved so much. Communication prior and during our stay with management is easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would def stay at this place again .

This is a perfect condo. So very clean and well appointed. The communication leading up to our stay was wonderful. Our last place would barely share any information, so having all the details about the complex and rental well beforehand was so appreciated. My Mom and I really enjoyed our stay what with the super comfortable bed, wide balcony and well stocked kitchen. Someone really put some thought into the small details, like hooks in the shower for poofs, throws for the couch, lots of utensils in the kitchen and the like. I would be happy to stay at this condo again.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property! It was beautiful just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. I really liked the decor as well. I would recommend and definitely stay again!
