Both homes include a custom dining table that seats up to 12 plus multiple seating areas to accommodate the entire group.

The Booking Guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 30 people for this property.
