This 3 story, 10 bedroom home can SLEEP 37 PEOPLE and boasts of beautiful VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE as well as all the entertainment options available for a vacation full of amazing memories! This home is ready to entertain your crew with a pool table, HOT TUB, FIREPIT, virtual reality, poker table, arcade game, PS4, air hockey, a Wii, and so much more!
The Space:
This 3 story, LAKEVIEW HOME will be the perfect location for making memories with your loved ones! There are 7 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 21 twin sleeping spots! Walking up the front porch welcomes you with rocking chairs a gorgeous white exterior! Walking into the living room on the main level the OPEN FLOOR PLAN welcomes the whole group to be together in one space. Sink right into the plush extra large sectional and watch a movie or the big game on the 85" FLAT SCREEN TV!
The kitchen will be a dream for the cooks in your family with 2 STOVES, 2 OVENS, 2 MICROWAVES, and 2 DISHWASHERS! Ready for cooking all your favorites to feed that large crew! All the appliances are stainless steel and the cabinets are stocked with all the necessary cooking supplies you would have in your kitchen at home. Or step outside to the upper back deck with a large GAS GRILL as well as a GRIDDLE GRILL to do some outdoor grilling while you gaze at the water and hilltops of the Ozarks and sip on your favorite drink. The outdoor dining table provides an option to dine with the lakeview and the OUTDOOR SECTIONAL will be the perfect spot to soak in the crisp evening air while chatting it up with your loved ones!
The main level also has 3 bedrooms including a WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE room right by the front door with a queen bed, attached bathroom, and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with a twin bed and twin trundle, also sporting an attached bathroom and ALL LINENS ARE PROVIDED! Down the hall bedroom 3 has two bunk beds with twin beds, an XBOX GAMING SYSTEM, and a bathroom directly across the hallway!
Head on upstairs to Bedroom 4, a gorgeous and spacious bedroom with a king bed, attached bathroom, and a VIEW OF THE LAKE from the large windows! This top level also has 2 more large bedrooms each with a king bed, a twin, and a trundle! Then there is a hall bathroom just outside their doors.
The lower level offers another spacious living room with a large sectional and another 85" flat screen TV hooked up to a PS4 with a DRIVING SIMULATOR! Enjoy a game of cards around the leather POKER TABLE, challenge your loved one to a game of SHUFFLEBOARD, or go old-school with the free multicade ARCADE GAME! The POOL TALBE will also be a hit for the whole crew or put on the PING-PONG TABLE top instead for a ping-pong tournament!
Step out to the lower back deck for the best evening activities after a day of Branson fun! Roast smore's over the FIREPIT while enjoying the lakeview or soak your worries away in your own PRIVATE HOT TUB. Whatever you choose will be the perfect way to top off the evening!

Not only can you gaze over the beauty of the water but the neighborhood amenities are just across the street and second to none! The OUTDOOR POOL will be a big hit with the whole family to cool off in the heat of the summer and is open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend! But swimming year round is still an option with the INDOOR HEATED POOL outfitted with a wall of glass garage doors ready to bring the outside in! Your kiddos will have a blast on the top-of-the-line PLAYGROUND and the teens will love shooting some hoops on the BASKETBALL COURT! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!
The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! Very nice place with excellent space. Our grand kids especially enjoyed the garage game room and the basketball and pickle ball courts -- so handy being just across the street!

Used for a team trip and it was a great experience. Listing was accurate and we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be there was not enough paper towels/toilet paper for a longer stay with a larger group so just come prepared if needed.

Our host, Adam, was absolutely wonderful and very fast in replying each time. This home is so spacious and easily accomdated our big family of 18 (11 adults and 7 children on this trip) and yet be able to have their own space. beautiful lake view! Great place to make memories! Kids playground just a few mins walk across street, cozy warm electric fireplace, big family sized tables and benches along with a big island, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves and 2 refigerators, plenty of dishes, bakeware, silverware, utensils, spices and seasonings, made it easy to cook together and sit together for meals and easy clean up afterwards. Firepit table on bottom level was nice. Toys in closet and baskets for kids, including basketball for the basketball court right across from home. Not far from Sight and Sound theater.

We recently stayed at this property with our family and were truly impressed by the location and breathtaking views. It's a beautiful spot with great potential for a memorable getaway.Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was rainy and cold, which meant we had to spend most of our time indoors. That’s where we ran into some issues with the indoor amenities. The game consoles were not functioning, and the pool table pockets were broken, making it difficult to keep the kids and teens entertained. We also had issues with the indoor pool. The chlorine fumes were so strong that we couldn’t comfortably stay in the pool area. Coffee maker was small, one cup, and for a big group, not practical. The fridge in the smaller size as well.Also, the place could’ve been a lot cleaner. We found Doritos crumbs and a baby sock on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, as well as spiderwebs in some open areas and bathrooms. The lamps above the kitchen island were also noticeably dirty, which suggested the cleaning crew may not be thorough.This property has a lot of potential and could be a wonderful stay, especially in better weather. However, attention to indoor maintenance and cleanliness would make a big difference, especially for families who may end up spending more time inside.
