About this house rental
Welcome to Grandview at Chateau Cove! Our 10 bedroom/9 bathroom Branson vacation home overlooking Table Rock Lake was built specifically for large groups and families, comfortably sleeping up to 40 guests!
AMAZING VIEWS!
The views from the 12’ x 40’ deck and 12’ x 40’ back patio with hot tub are spectacular, especially at sunset. After sunset, guests can continue to enjoy the evening ambiance and warmth from our outdoor fire pit.
IDEAL FOR FAMILIES & LARGE GROUPS!
Our house caters to all ages! We have the big screen TV’s, Free high-speed WiFi, private hot tub, arcade and pool table for the adults and teenagers! We also have highchairs and pack in plays to make traveling and vacationing with young children easier for families. A beautiful outdoor community pool (open roughly mid-May to early September) built exclusively for Chateau Cove is just a short walk from the front door. The indoor pool is open year-round!

Grandview at Chateau Cove is just minutes away from all the excitement Branson has to offer and is conveniently located off HWY 265 just 1 mile from Chateau on the Lake Resort, 2.5 miles from The Famous Branson 76 Strip, and 6.5 miles from Silver Dollar City! There is a boat launch 1½ a mile from the house, and the State Park Marina is only 4 miles away. Moonshine beach is 1½ miles away!
ENTERTAINMENT/GAME ROOM!
Watch the big game or stream your favorite shows or movies to any of the smart TVs in the house, including the big screen in the Game Room. Enjoy some healthy competition with air hockey or pool tournaments. We also have an arcade in the game room, so there truly is something for everyone!
TWO KITCHENS & LARGE DINING ROOM TABLES!
There are two kitchens at Grandview Manor, making it the perfect place to prepare and enjoy meals with your large group! We have a fully stocked kitchen with an island, place settings for 40 guests, pots, pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, toasters, blender, crock pot, and double appliances (two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and one range) on the main level.
The second fully stocked kitchen with an island, extra place settings, pots, pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, toasters, blender, crock pot, refrigerator, dishwasher, and range is on the lower level.
The dining room is on the main level and has two 14’ long tables (seats 26) with additional seating in the great room and out on the deck!
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
All our bedrooms have carefully selected top-grade mattresses, sheets, and bedding.
On the main floor there are two bedrooms and a bunk room:
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, TV, and bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, TV, and handicap accessible bathroom.
Bunk room #1 has two triple bunks and closet.
On the lower level there are three bedrooms and a bunk room:
Bedroom #3 has a king bed, a day bed, closet, TV, and bathroom.
Bedroom #4 has a king bed, closet, TV, and bathroom.
Bedroom #5 has a king bed, a day bed, closet, TV and bathroom.
Bunk room #2 has three triple bunks, closet, and bathroom.
On the upper level there are three bedrooms:
Bedroom #6 has a king bed, a day bed with a trundle bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, and bathroom.
Bedroom #7 has a king bed, a day bed with a trundle bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, and a shared bathroom.
Bedroom #8 has a king bed, a day bed with a trundle bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, and a shared bathroom.
DECK AND TWO PATIOS WITH BREATHTAKING VIEWS!
The deck is 12’ x 40’ with amazing Table Rock Lake and sunset views! There are two large patio tables with plenty of seating, and two gas barbecue grills! There are also comfortable rocking chairs to enjoy the view from.
The patio is 12’ x 40’ with a large HOT TUB! There are also two patio tables and more seating. There is an additional 12‘ x 15’ patio with a firepit and seating around it!

Loved our time in Branson. Home is beautiful and comfortably fit 40 women for a getaway weekend. Michael is awesome to work with, 2nd time we’ve used him when coming to Branson! We enjoyed the hot tub and the hikes around the property down to the lake. See you next time!

I booked this property for a family reunion of 40 people, ranging in age from 18 months to 82 years. The location was great, quiet and scenic, but there were so many things to do within a short distance. The home was clean and well stocked. We had a few issues that were addressed quickly by the host. Just note that although there is sleeping for 40, the common areas are very small to accommodate those 40 people.
