In Gavorrano, visit the Teatro delle Rocce (Theatre of the Rocks), an exclusive setting for events and concerts, visit Castiglione della Pescaia or play golf in Punta Ala, the area is full of activities and experiences to enjoy.
Follonica's well-equipped beaches are ideal for children. Cala Violina, is a pristine beach absolutely worth visiting, access is possible from the Port of Scarlino or on the way to Punta Ala. The beach at Cala Violina is unforgettable! The restaurants in the neighbouring villages offer excellent local cuisine.
The area also offers nature excursions both on foot and by e-bike.

On the ground floor the spaces are generous and open onto a large living room with fireplace and sofas. TV room with separate sofa. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine.
Completing the ground floor is an outdoor veranda with a table for pleasant outdoor dining.
On the first floor are the five spacious and bright rooms: triple room with double bed and single bed, twin room, double room, twin room.
Its five bathrooms are present.
Two hours mid-week cleaning are included in the rental price
The following might be to be paid extra: Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), Electricity, Final Cleaning, Heating, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
