About this house rental
In the very heart of one of the most beautiful villages in Provence, the house of the former postwoman has been renovated with exposed stone and beams.
The vast living room of 50 m2 will keep all its comfortable freshness in summer. On the second floor, the large bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Grand Pré, the small bedroom allows you to enjoy the narrow streets and the bedroom under the terrace will offer you calm and cocooning. As an aperitif, take advantage of the terrace to observe the round of swallows.
I fell in love with Jouques in 2013 and I always enjoy helping people discover this corner of Provence so preserved. I bought this large and old house in 2018 and after 3 years of complete renovation, I am happy to be able to present it to you.
At the end of the day, if you wish, the terrace is the ideal place to taste the beers I produce in a microbrewery installed on the first floor. The house is rich in objects that I have brought back from trips to Africa or Asia. I am particularly interested in music, graphic arts and I have long practiced the region in search of new cliffs to climb or canyons to descend. I would be happy to guide you to make the most of all the riches available to you in our beautiful region.
In the center of the village, at the crossroads of several historic streets, you can quickly reach the shops, bars and restaurants. If necessary, you can drive to the house to drop off your belongings. Alternatively, park directly in the parking lot in front of the Grand Pré and reach the house in just 2 minutes. If you don't have a car, bus 120 on the Aix-Jouques line departs every hour on weekdays.
