Nestled just off Monroe Boulevard, on the storied south side of South Haven, lies "Hidden Oasis," a charming four-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage. A canopy of trees shades the drive leading to this secluded retreat. The property boasts a wooded lot, perfect for exploration and family gatherings around the fire pit. Unwind on any of the three decks and bask in the tranquil lake sounds.
The cottage features a modern, open interior with a combined kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is well-appointed with a large island that seats four, complemented by a spacious dining table seating eight. Total living space is 1700 Sq Ft.
All living spaces, including the four bedrooms and two bathrooms, are conveniently located all on one floor. The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Both the second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, ample dressers, and closets. The fourth bedroom, designed for children or as a "bunk room," features a custom-built twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-sized bed.
For breathtaking sunset views, stroll to the end of 3rd Street to the neighborhood association's viewing deck.
A short 3-minute drive away via Monroe Boulevard you will discover Kids Corner Park and the iconic Blue Stairs, leading to the stunning shores of Lake Michigan. The Van Buren Trail, a broad paved path, offers a scenic route to Van Buren State Park or downtown South Haven.
Please be aware that the house does not provide direct beach access. The areas adjacent to the viewing deck are restricted.

The place was perfect for my husband and I and my daughter and son-in-law and 3 grandkids. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. Probably one of the best stocked places we've ever stayed at. I only wished it hadn't rained because we would have liked to sit outside more but everything was so wet. It was close to the beach with the overlook at the end of the street that we took advantage of for the sunset. Wish we had more time to enjoy it all longer. Bridget was a great host and we will rent from her again.

Great, quiet location. Large home with open floor plan. 2 large bathrooms. Master shower doesn’t drain well. Tons of outdoor and indoor seating. Wish the lookout had stairs down to water. Highly suggest getting the exterior treated for pests. Spider haven. Definitely recommend for large families.

The property is clean and spacious with the feel of being secluded, even from the private road entrance you will feel like your away from everything but yet your just a few minutes from it all. My nephew even proposed to his girlfriend from the deck overlooking the lake just down the lane from the house so beautiful!!

We really enjoyed the location of this property. The house was very nice and the lane was quiet. It had a nice short walk to beautiful view. The owner communicated great. Everything was great. We had no complaints.
