Brand new apartment on the first floor in a residential building completely renovated in 2017.
Surrounded by a large private garden with gazebo, barbecue, table with chairs and a solarium area with deckchairs.
Beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. My accommodation is suitable for couples, families (with children) and large groups.
Apartment of about 80 square meters with all comforts:
Refrigerator with freezer, tv, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave, wi-fi, safe, hairdryer, kitchenware for six people, kitchen utensils.
Bed linen and towels are provided as well.
Outside you can access all common areas:
Garden, gazebo, barbecue, table with granite top including chairs, sun lounger area, private parking space.
