About this house rental
This cozy retreat is perched on the rim of the Royal Gorge, overlooking America's highest suspension bridge. Watch the sunset over the Sangre de Cristo mountains from this 1,500 square foot house positioned high above the Arkansas River.
Your group or family can spread out in the three bedrooms, two baths, and enjoy the large fireplace, panoramic views, open dining area, and secluded outdoor patio. A full kitchen is at your disposal with included spices, coffee, tea and sugar. A propane BBQ grill is available right outside the kitchen door.
Guest access
The lodge is located outside of the Bridge attraction so guests are free to come and go as they please.
Check-in is inside the Visitor Center.
Guests receive free admission to the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park during their stay.
After hours check-in is at the Ranger post at the North end of the Visitor Center.
Extensive hiking and biking trails are a short walk from the house. There is ample parking.
Dogs are welcome. Pet fee applies if you have more than 2.
Do not leave dogs unattended inside or outside the house. Be aware that the area has cactus!
Please pick up and dispose of waste.
Wifi is available, however this is a remote location and some US carriers do not have sufficient coverage is this area. AT&T and Verizon work best here. Other carriers, specifically T-Mobile, do not.

Amazing stay! The cabin's setting cannot be beat and the views are simply breathtaking. As well, the interior of the cabin is warm and inviting. Well stocked kitchen. Fabulous large fireplace. And pet friendly. Management was always available and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend and will be returning for sure.

The property is just as advertised. Such a cool experience to stay in this incredibly unique property. We woke up to bighorn sheep every morning and the sunsets were beautiful! Great dog friendly property and my 10 year old absolutely loved the “coziness.” I personally don’t love gas fireplaces, but “wow,” they nailed it!!! Super cool!!! We will be back!

What a wonderful location. Could not have been more relaxing. Accommodations were better than advertised. Staff at the Gorge were very helpful (and the food at the cafe was really good). Recommend going offseason. We had the whole canyon to ourselves, except for the deer we said hi to every morning out our front door.
